TradingView Guide (2026)

TradingView is the industry standard for charting. Free version is enough for most beginners. Here's how to set it up.
Setting Up Your First Chart
- Go to tradingview.com → "Chart"
- Search "BTCUSDT" in the top bar → select "BTCUSDT (Binance)"
- Click "Indicators" → search "RSI" → click to add
- Click "Indicators" → search "MACD" → add
- Right-click the chart → "Scale" → "Logarithmic" (recommended for crypto)
Must-Have Indicators for Crypto
RSI (Relative Strength Index)
Shows overbought (>70) and oversold (<30) conditions. Don't use alone — combine with trend analysis.
MACD
Trend-following indicator. MACD crossover is a classic buy/sell signal.
Bollinger Bands
Shows volatility. Price touching the upper band = potentially overbought.
